~By commissioning me, partaking in raffle or paying for YCH you agree to my ToS.
~ If you are not agree to work on my terms - don't commission me.
~ I have the right to change or enlarge the ToS if necessary in the future.
~ You have the right to note me if you have questions considering my ToS or to solve your doubts.
~ I reserve the right not to accept your commission without explaining the reasons.
~ I reserve the right to take any commissions and YCH anytime and finish them in any order. But usually it first come first serve.✧ °・ Rights ・ ° ✧
~ I have all rights to my created artwork.
~ My commissioners may use their commissioned artworks for personal purposes ONLY.✧ °・Ordering ・ ° ✧
~ The commissions of certain types are opening via Journals or posts.
~ Slots usually are strictly limited, so first come - first served.
~ YCH commissions are available in my Gallery.
~ Don't retract or hide your bids on YCHs\adopst! Otherwise i will add you to the blocklist!
~ You shall send your full commission description in notes.
~ Please provide me with character references rather than just blank description. Thank you for understanding!
~ You can ask me personally what I draw and don't draw.✧ °・Draw・ ° ✧
~ Furry, antro, lizards, dragons, humans, mostly any species ( ask if unsure )
~ SFW, NSFW, kinks ( ask if unsure )
~ Females, femboys only✧ °・Don't draw ・ ° ✧
~ Fetishes like diaper, vore, guro, hyper, micro\macro,hardcore, any violence etc.
~ Armor, muscles, non-anthropomorphic characters. (Ask if unsure)✧ °・Art completion ・ ° ✧
~ I don’t have deadlines, but my YCHs and commissions usually done within 1-4 months. If you want your artwork be ready much faster ( within a 2-3 weeks ignoring other deadlines) it will cost up to 70% extra( because i have a queue and will ignore my other comms to do yours). Hope for your understanding.
~ If you want it to be private work ( without posting anywhere) it will cost 100% extra.
~ I always provide my commissioners with sketches in progress (WIPs), so we can fix or change it.
~ You can see your commission status in the featured queue journal.
~ If for some reason I miss the 4 month “deadline” - NOTE ME so we will fix your problem. I will also try to inform you of the delays via notes or/and by creating an explanation journal. Thank you for the patience!
~ When your art will be ready you will recieve a link to a fullsize of your art with and without watermark.
~ I DO slight corrections after the art completion only if i made a mistake or forgot something. Hope for your understanding here as well.✧ °・ Payment ・ ° ✧
~ I accept payment via Ko-Fi donations mostly, can also provide another platform if i will find it needed. No refunds. Payment must be done within 48 hours if you didn’t note me about delays. If not, i will launch the auction again or cancel your commission.
~ I take 100% of payment usually, but we can make a payment plan if amount over 200$ (like 50% first and 50% second payment).✧ °・ Refunds ・ ° ✧
~ NO REFUNDS. If you refund me without any notice i will add you to the blocklist!
~ Please, be sure what you want a commission\YCH\adopt from me before you place a bid or buy it. If you take a comm and ignores my messages, i will add you in the blocklist!
~ I can only refund you if your art not finished or started yet. If it’s a ready wip sketch or finished, then NO REFUNDS!
~ Just in case, I can make a refund if i delayed your commission for more than 5 months without any explanation or contact from me. Or if i have certain circumstances for it.
